Introduce the Core Pot Program to Plant customers and position Accent Decor as the go-to source for essential potting basics—driving adoption of six core SKUs (Kendall, Romey, Beam, Pissaro, Pasadena, and Carmen) among garden centers and plant shops. The goal was to present the program as a foundational buying strategy while clearly communicating drop-in sizing, color versatility, and in-stock reliability within a compact direct mail format.

Designed a 5×8 accordion-style mailer that framed Core Pots as a smart, strategic buying solution. Created a clean, elevated layout spotlighting six hero collections with confident messaging, clear product details, and photography showing scale, versatility, and real-world use—supported by QR codes connecting print to online shopping.

To support the campaign, also designed complementary email marketing, showroom graphics, and environmental installations ahead of key market moments, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across digital and physical touchpoints. The campaign delivered a focused, category-defining sales tool that strengthened Core Pot Program awareness, reinforced Accent Decor’s role as a reliable merchandising partner, and enabled measurable engagement through digital tracking.
