Reimagined everyday internal communications—such as Sample Sales, seasonal events, and benefits enrollment—into visually compelling campaigns that capture attention and enhance the employee experience. Each piece was designed to stand out within fast-paced office environments while reinforcing a strong connection to Accent Decor’s products and brand identity.
Developed a cohesive internal poster series that blends custom illustration, product photography, and digital compositing. Designed at letter size for in-house printing and multi-channel distribution, the posters were displayed across office spaces and shared digitally via email. Each concept placed Accent Decor products into imaginative, narrative-driven scenes, supported by consistent typography, expressive lettering, and a strategic use of color to balance cohesion with event-specific personality.
The series increased employee engagement and participation, receiving strong positive feedback from leadership. These posters became key visual assets across both physical and digital touchpoints, elevating the standard of internal communications, strengthening brand recognition, and deepening employees’ connection to the products they represent.
